Say what you do, early
Use the opening section to explain your offer, who it helps and the problem it addresses. Avoid making visitors decode an abstract headline before they can understand whether they are in the right place.
Match each page to a purpose
A service page should answer relevant questions and lead naturally to an enquiry. A project page should explain the work and its context. Use a clear next step that fits what the visitor has just read.
Reduce unnecessary friction
Keep forms focused, label every field and explain what happens after submission. Check navigation and buttons on a small screen. Do not rely on hover alone to reveal important information.
Improve with evidence
Review the questions people ask, where they encounter problems and which paths lead to useful enquiries. Make focused changes and evaluate them over time rather than assuming one design choice guarantees results.
